Job summary

Planet Offers is Bauer Media Group’s voucher and special offers platform in the UK. We seek an eCommerce Manager to own revenue targets, drive growth, and lead a high‑performing team across CRM, email marketing, SEO and analytics. This is a permanent, hybrid role with responsibility for planetoffers.co.uk and customer journeys.

You will manage budgets, identify new revenue opportunities and collaborate across commercial, digital, and customer engagement teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience leading a B2C ecommerce function.
• Knowledge of CRM, email marketing, SEO and social media.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools.
• People leadership experience.
• Commercial awareness and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the Planet Offers revenue target.
• Lead and develop the Campaign Manager and Customer Care team.
• Manage the end-to-end performance of planetoffers.co.uk.
• Improve conversion and customer journeys.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and audiences.
• Own CRM and email marketing strategy.
• Analyse performance data and provide insights.
• Manage budgets and promotional activity.
