Job summary

Running Point Recruitment is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to oversee ecommerce operations, customer service, digital marketing and Amazon account management across two brand websites and key retail partners.

You will work with internal teams and an Amazon agency to maintain product listings, stock levels and a positive customer experience while driving campaigns and content across platforms including Shopify, Salesfire and Trustpilot.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Amazon experience, product content optimisation and understanding of FBA fulfilment.
• Ecommerce experience across online platforms, ideally Shopify.
• Experience supporting seasonal marketing plans and delivering digital campaigns.
• Understanding of online sales performance, customer behaviour and conversion.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a clear focus on the customer’s experience of the brand.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate stock, dispatch activity and internal/external teams.
• Proactive approach and willingness to recommend improvements and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with Salesfire or Trustpilot would be useful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ecommerce operations across two brand websites (Shopify move).
• Maintain accurate product listings, including images, pricing and stock.
• Monitor sales, stock, and conversions; identify opportunities for growth.
• Analyse website performance and optimize customer journey and UX.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and dispatch for accurate fulfilment.
• Support retail partners and agency-driven Amazon activity and campaigns.
