Job summary

Bauer Media Group's Planet Offers team is recruiting a Commercial Support Executive to help keep the ecommerce platform running smoothly for thousands of weekly users. You will handle front-line inquiries, manage CRM records and support offers uploads, campaigns and customer care across Bauer brands.

You are highly organised, customer-focused and able to coordinate with Account Managers and internal teams in a fast-paced, hybrid-working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ecommerce or commercial support environments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Comfortable working with CMS and ecommerce platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus.
• Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own front-line customer contact, enquiries, complaints and refunds.
• Manage CRM records and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Coordinate the Planet Offers inbox and internal queries.
• Act as liaison between Account Managers and Planet Offers.
• Upload and maintain offers on planetoffers.co.uk.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Identify process improvements and customer experience enhancements.
• Collaborate with the wider Customer Engagement team.
