Job summary

Instant Swim Ltd. is seeking an experienced Ecommerce & Retention Manager to own two halves of the business: Ecommerce Growth (50%) and Email & SMS (50%). You’ll improve CVR and AOV on the website, own email and SMS strategies, and drive revenue from existing traffic.

The role requires hands-on execution, data-driven testing, and cross-functional collaboration with the Creative Lead and paid media teams. You’ll manage CRO roadmaps, test offers and bundles, and build lifecycle campaigns in

Qualifications

• Ecommerce experience, ideally for a DTC brand.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.
• Directly managed email marketing rather than outsourcing.
• Understanding of CRO and running website tests.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve CRO roadmap and CRV/AOV on the website.
• Identify opportunities in the customer journey and design tests.
• Develop offers, promotions and cross-sell/upsell strategies.
• Test landing, product and collection pages for conversions.
• Analyse behavior to identify friction points and optimise flows.
• Manage ecommerce changes within Shopify and track impact of tests.
• Collaborate with Creative Lead and paid media to align ad-to-purchase journey.
• Drive revenue from existing traffic and optimise campaigns.
