Qualifications

• Experience working within CRM, email marketing, eCommerce or digital marketing.
• Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with email automation or customer journey platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales and marketing data.

Responsibilities

• Manage the email marketing calendar across several eCommerce websites and brands.
• Plan, build, test and schedule regular broadcast email campaigns.
• Manage and optimise automated email journeys (welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement).
• Segment audiences to improve relevance and performance.
• Monitor CRM metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
