A respected training provider is seeking an Early Years Trainer to deliver engaging training for Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years qualifications. Ideal candidates will have strong nursery leadership experience and a passion for developing others. This hybrid role covers the M4 corridor, with travel primarily in Reading and Oxford, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on practitioners across various nursery settings. Full support and development will be provided for those looking to progress to Level 5 delivery.

Location: Hybrid working, ideal candidate will be based in either - Swindon, Reading, or Oxford / M4 Corridor (Reading, Oxford, Bristol travel)

We are working with a respected training provider who partners with a range of large nursery groups and established early years settings. They are now looking for a committed and resilient Early Years professional to join their growing training team.
As an Early Years Trainer, you will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to learners across Level 2, Level 3 and (desirably) Level 5 Early Years qualifications. You'll support learners throughout their journey, helping them build confidence, develop best practice, and succeed within their childcare careers.
This role covers the M4 corridor, with most learners based in Reading and Oxford, and occasional travel to Bristol, the South East and the South Coast, particularly in the first year (not daily).
We are looking for someone who is:
Level 5 delivery experience is desirable but not essential - full support and development will be provided.
