Job summary

A leading training provider is seeking qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors to support learners in achieving their Early Years Level 2, 3, or 5 apprenticeships. This home-based role with travel requires managing a caseload of learners. Successful candidates will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years, with assessing experience and excellent communication skills. The position offers flexible working, 25 days holiday, and various employee benefits including bonuses for referrals.

Job description

Realise is recruiting qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors to support learners in the Leicestershire region.

As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. As the first point of contact for your learners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learning journey with Realise.

Job Responsibilities

Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotely
Delivering a range of award‑winning qualifications
Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career
Utilising our e‑portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey

Salary

If you are a qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 – up to £29,000 per annum
If you is a qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 – up to £30,000 per annum
You can also earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer

Location

Home‑based role with travel required within approximately 45 miles radius to visit learners and employers. Around 70% of your week will be spent on the road, but as you’ll manage your own diary you’ll have flexibility in how you plan your time.
