Overview

Realise is recruiting qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors to support learners in the Derby region.

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of 45 learners across the region, face‑to‑face and remotely.
• Deliver a range of award‑winning qualifications.
• Create appropriate solutions to ensure learners have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career.
• Utilise the e‑portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey.

Salary

• Qualified Trainer delivering Level 3 – up to £29,000.
• Qualified Trainer delivering Level 5 – up to £30,000.
• Earn up to £160 bonus for each learner referred.

Location

This is a home‑based role with travel within approximately a 45‑mile radius to visit learners and employers. Around 70% of the week will be spent on the road, but you’ll manage your own diary and enjoy flexibility.
