Job description

Realise is recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors covering learners in the Birmingham region.

As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3, and 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. You will serve as the first point of contact for your learners, providing the support they need to flourish through their learning journey with Realise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotely.
  • Delivering a range of award‑winning qualifications.
  • Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career.
  • Utilising our e‑portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey.
Compensation
  • If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 — up to £29,000.
  • If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 — up to £30,000.
  • You can also earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer!
Location

This is a home‑based role with travel required within approximately 45 miles radius to visit learners and employers. Around 70% of your week will be spent on the road, but you will manage your own diary, allowing flexibility in how you plan your time.
