Job summary

An education training provider is seeking a qualified Early Years Trainer Assessor to support learners in completing their Early Years apprenticeships and short courses. The role is home-based with travel required within a 45-mile radius. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of learners, delivering qualifications, and using an e-portfolio system to track progress. Candidates should have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage their own schedule. Qualifications

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent is essential.
Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting.
An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33/CAVA) is essential.
A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous.
Experience in building and managing your own caseload.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Realise are recruiting for qualifiedEarly Years Trainer Assessors, covering learners in the Manchester region.

As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. As the first point of contact for your learners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learning journey with Realise.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face‑to‑face and remotely.
Delivering a range of award‑winning qualifications.
Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career.
Utilising our e‑portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey.

Salary

If you are a qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 – up to £29,000.
If you are a qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 – up to £30,000.
You can also earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer.

Location & Work Arrangements

This is a home‑based role, with travel required within an approximate 45‑mile radius to visit learners and employers. Around 70% of your week will be spent on the road, but as you’ll manage your own diary, you’ll have flexibility in how you plan your time. This will be discussed with you further in your interview.
