A leading training organization is seeking qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors in Oxford to support learners through their apprenticeships and short courses. Position Summary

Realise is recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors, covering learners in the Oxford region. As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotely.
• Delivering a range of award‑winning qualifications.
• Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career.
• Utilising our e‑portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey.

Location

This is a home‑based role, with travel required within approximately a 45‑mile radius to visit learners and employers. Around 70% of your week will be spent on the road.

The Salary

• If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 – up to £29,000.
• If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 – up to £30,000.
• You can also earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer.

About You

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent, is essential.
