Primary School Based Early Years Teaching Assistant / Early Years Educator / Nursery Nurse (Full Time Start ASAP or January 2026, Tendring District, Essex)

We are pleased to be supporting a fantastic school with a warm and nurturing Early Years environment as they seek a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant / Early Years Educator / Nursery Nurse to join their team.

This is a full-time position, available to start as soon as possible or from January 2026.

About the Role:
  • Supporting young children within a well-resourced Early Years setting in a Primary School.
  • Working alongside experienced practitioners and class teachers.
  • Providing high-quality care, learning support, and early developmental encouragement.
  • Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contributing to planning, observations and assessments where required.
About You:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (NNEB, CACHE or equivalent) desirable.
  • Passionate about Early Years education and child development.
  • Warm, proactive and reliable.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a friendly and supportive team.
