Banana Moon Hounslow is a brand new nursery setting, opening its doors to the community for the very first time! We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated Early Years Professional to be part of our founding team. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to help shape a brand new nursery from the very beginning, where our focus is on encouraging children to be children—learning through fun and engaging play. You’ll be joining a passionate setting in creating a caring, family-friendly, characterful, and stimulating environment that is warm and welcoming to children, families, and staff alike.

Job Purpose

Early Years Professionals ensure a high-quality, balanced provision of leading practice education and care is delivered; creating a safe, caring, and welcoming setting in which families are happy to entrust their child and where their child is encouraged and supported to flourish in an enabling and stimulating environment.

To adhere to Banana Moon policies and procedures and meet legislative requirements, following the education curriculum, and delivering standards that ensure the highest possible inspection grading.

To promote a successful business with a first-class reputation, engaging with the local community and marketing the nursery whilst providing excellent customer care.
