EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER / EDUCATOR – LEVEL 3 (FULL-TIME, HA8)

Are you a caring and motivated Qualified Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about giving children the best start in life? Our client’s welcoming nursery in HA8 is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage children in meaningful, developmentally appropriate play and learning activities
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Implement and maintain effective daily routines
• Observe, assess, and track progress in line with the EYFS
• Communicate professionally with parents, carers, and colleagues
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safeguarding procedures

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential)
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
• Experience working with under 2s (essential)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS
• Excellent communication and written English skills
• Confident in planning, recording, and assessing
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
