Who Are We?

We’re more than just a preschool – we’re a vibrant hub of little giggles, muddy wellies, and endless curiosity. Our days are packed with adventure, learning, and the occasional impromptu dance party. Each term, we unlock the magic in the everyday – and we do it together!

Who Are You?
  • You hold a relevant level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (caped certificate holders welcome!).
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a very busy early years setting.
  • You know your EYFS inside-out, upside-down, and back-to-front.
  • You’re a creative dynamo, a patient listener, and a problem-solving ninja.
  • You know the difference between a dinosaur stomp and a dragon roar (and can demonstrate both if needed).
  • Your available term-time, full-time, and ready to leap into action!
What Will You Do?
  • Inspire tiny humans to reach for the stars (or at least the top shelf of the book corner).
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive space for children to thrive.
  • Lead activities, adventures, and perhaps the occasional papier-mâché catastrophe.
  • Work hand-in-hand with families, colleagues, and the occasional imaginary friend.
  • Model outstanding practice – and keep up with all the paperwork (yes, even the glittery bits).
And What’s in It For You?
  • A competitive salary to fund your own snack stash.
  • A joining bonus (up to £1000) for six months’ service.
  • 30% childcare discount (because your little ones deserve the fun too!).
  • Performance-related bonus (for when your superhero cape really shines).
  • Free car parking (cape parking also available).
  • Health cash plan – because even superheroes need a check-up.
  • Extra holiday (rest those dancing feet!).
  • Ongoing career development and training – unleash your inner legend.
  • A team that supports you as fiercely as you support the children.
What Do We Expect?
  • Boundless energy, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for early years education.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Engagement with every child, celebrating uniqueness and nurturing potential.
  • Team spirit – we’re all in this together (complete with singalongs and snack swaps).
  • Willingness to step in when there are tears, wobbles, or the need for an epic story time voice.
Heroic Safeguarding Quest

Grab your magnifying glass and detective hat—before you join our league of legendary educators, you’ll embark on an epic safeguarding adventure. You’ll complete two glowing references (one from your current or last employer) and a mandatory Enhanced DBS check. Once you’ve cleared these steps, you’ll receive your official invitation to our fortress of fun.
