This role would best suit someone who is inspired by the opportunity to shape a nursery, support a talented team, and help drive continuous improvement.

As Nursery Manager, you will have the autonomy to implement creative ideas, encourage professional development among your team, and influence the overall direction of the setting. You will be responsible for supporting OFSTED standards, promoting safeguarding at all times, and ensuring that children and families receive the highest quality of care. More than anything, you will be a positive leader who brings energy, compassion and clarity to daily nursery life.
