You will be responsible for promoting early language development and communication skills among children aged 3‑4 across the borough. What you will do:
  • Participate in Peeple accredited training to become a Peeple Practitioner and subsequently deliver universal and targeted groups to parents and carers.
  • Create and facilitate six face‑to‑face Peep programmes weekly for children with universal needs across all three localities in the borough.
  • Establish referral routes and effectively promote Peep groups to ensure adequate participation.
  • Provide one‑on‑one support for families with children exhibiting emerging speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Partner with Peep and colleagues to develop and monitor methodologies evaluating programme impact, maintaining detailed records of progress and outcomes.
  • Foster partnerships with Family Hubs, nurseries, schools, and community centres to advance speech, language, and communication strategies.
