Job summary

Stockport School is seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner to the post of Healthy and Thriving Intervention Coordinator - HLTA, working 32 Hours per Week (Term Time plus 2 days), 8.30am - 4.00pm Monday-Thursday, 8.30am - 3.30pm Friday, with 20-minute & 40-minute unpaid breaks.

The successful candidate will coordinate targeted early intervention, attend Inclusion panel meetings, monitor progress and ensure review and exit processes are completed, working with our Healthy and Thriving Team

Responsibilities

• Coordinate targeted early intervention for students across the Healthy and Thriving Hub.
• Attend and minute Inclusion panel meetings; allocate actions and monitor progress.
• Deliver personalised, goals-based early intervention and support emotional wellbeing.
