Job summary

Stockport School is seeking an Intervention Coordinator – HLTA to support identification of student needs and coordinate targeted interventions. The role is 32 hours per week during term time plus two additional days, with a permanent contract and a start date in October or as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will work under the Senior Mental Health Lead, coordinating the targeted intervention pathway and contributing to a wider team to ensure timely, effective support for students.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating targeted interventions and support for students.
• Ability to attend and minute Inclusion panel meetings and coordinate actions.
• Deliver targeted, personalised early intervention to support emotional wellbeing and learning.

Responsibilities

• Attend and minute Inclusion panel meetings, coordinate actions and allocate students to interventions.
• Monitor progress of interventions and ensure review and exit processes are completed.
• Deliver targeted, goal-based early intervention to develop wellbeing and learning approaches.
• Collaborate with Pastoral, SEND, Safeguarding, Attendance and Curriculum colleagues to support students.
