Job summary

Stockport School seeks an outstanding practitioner for the Healthy and Thriving Intervention Coordinator role (HLTA). The post is 32 Hours per Week (Term Time plus 2 days), 8.30am – 4.00pm Monday–Thursday, 8.30am – 3.30pm Friday, with unpaid breaks, and scope for additional paid overtime.

The successful candidate will coordinate targeted early intervention for students, identifying presenting needs and ensuring timely, purposeful support to help them feel safe, understood, emotionally regulated,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating targeted interventions in an educational setting.
• Ability to attend and minute Inclusion panel meetings and allocate actions.
• Commitment to safeguarding and producing timely reviews of interventions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and quality assure the school’s targeted intervention pathway.
• Attend Inclusion panel meetings and minute agreed actions.
• Monitor progress of interventions and ensure review and exit processes are completed.
