Job summary

Stockport School is seeking an outstanding practitioner to join as Healthy and Thriving Intervention Coordinator - HLTA. The post supports coordinating and delivering targeted early intervention for students across our Healthy and Thriving Hub.

The successful candidate will work under the Healthy and Thriving Manager to identify needs, coordinate interventions, attend Inclusion panel meetings, and ensure timely, purposeful support to help students feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate targeted early intervention for students across the Healthy and Thriving Hub.
• Attend and minute Inclusion panel meetings and monitor progress of interventions.
• Deliver personalised, goals-based early intervention to support emotional wellbeing and resilience.
• Collaborate with Pastoral, SEND, Safeguarding, Attendance and Curriculum colleagues.
