Job summary

Stockport School invites applications for an Intervention Coordinator – HLTA. The role supports identifying students’ needs, coordinating interventions and ensuring timely, purposeful support so pupils feel safe, understood, emotionally regulated and ready to learn.

The successful candidate will attend Inclusion panel meetings, allocate students to interventions, monitor progress and collaborate with our In-house Team and external support.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating targeted interventions for students.
• Ability to work collaboratively with pastoral, SEND, safeguarding, attendance and Curriculum colleagues.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Attend and minute Inclusion panel meetings, coordinate actions and allocate students to interventions.
• Monitor progress of interventions and ensure review and exit processes are completed.
• Deliver targeted, personalised early intervention to support emotional wellbeing and positive approaches to learning.
