Job summary

Stockport School is seeking an Intervention Coordinator/HLTA to support identification of student needs, coordinate appropriate interventions, and ensure timely, purposeful support so students feel safe and ready to learn. You will monitor interventions, report progress, and work with Pastoral, SEND, Safeguarding, Attendance and Curriculum teams to ensure effective support.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating targeted interventions.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.
• Ability to attend and minute Inclusion panel meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the school’s targeted intervention pathway and monitor progress.
• Attend Inclusion panel meetings and action follow-up.
• Deliver targeted, personalised early intervention for students needing support, individually or in small groups.
