Overview

Early Career Teaching Pool - Secondary - Warwickshire

Location: Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Southam, Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas

Salary: £150-£200 per day (paid weekly)

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Part-time or full-time available

Contract: Long term and temp to perm roles available

  • Reference checks covering the last 2 years of employment or education
Responsibilities
  • Have regard for the need to safeguard pupils\' well-being following statutory provisions
  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging high-quality lessons tailored to the curriculum and student needs
  • Assess, record and report on the progress of students, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed
  • Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports positive behaviour and mutual respect, following the school\'s behaviour policy
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/carers to support student progress and wellbeing
Qualifications & Experience
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Had positive feedback during teaching placement(s)
  • Read the DfE Keeping Children Safe in Education (2025 document)
  • Has strong subject knowledge in line with the National Curriculum (roles to suit all subject areas)
