About the Role

Fast growing, founder-led, global technology company is looking for a Senior EA to come on board so support the CEO. The CEO role is both highly strategic and highly operational. This is not an administrative assistant role — it is a senior force-multiplier position with real autonomy, judgment, and proximity to decision-making.

The Senior Executive Assistant acts as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO, maximizing impact through ownership of time, priorities, information flow, and executive-level coordination. Operating as a trusted extension of the CEO, this role ensures sustained focus on the highest-value work by designing and running the CEO’s operating rhythm, enabling high-quality decisions, and maintaining discipline across the executive office.

The role requires exceptional judgment, anticipation, and discretion, and is designed to scale the CEO’s effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities
  • Strategic and operational partnership with the CEO, maximizing time, focus, and impact through high-level coordination, prioritization, and execution.
  • End-to-end ownership of the CEO’s professional calendar, aligning time to strategic priorities, investor relations, and board cadence.
  • Preparation and coordination of board materials, investor updates, and executive communications.
  • Proactive decision-support: anticipating needs, surfacing risks, and protecting time for deep work.
  • Coordination across the C-suite and key external stakeholders (investors, partners, advisors).
  • Collaboration with the Personal Assistant to integrate personal commitments that affect the CEO’s professional rhythm.
  • Oversight of the Executive Office operating rhythm (meetings, agendas, comms templates, follow-ups).
  • Light personal support when directly linked to professional effectiveness, such as coordinating medical appointments, wellness or travel logistics that impact the CEO’s work schedule, always in close alignment with the PA to ensure clear boundaries.
Profile & Experience
  • Top tier EA experience supporting a founder/CEO or equivalent executive in a fast-scaling, global tech environment
  • Exceptional judgment, prioritization, and business acumen
  • Proven ability to operate as a thought partner, not just an executor
  • High discretion, emotional intelligence, resilience, and executive presence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable operating with ambiguity and autonomy
Ownership Boundary

Owns professional and strategic aspects of the CEO’s world. Collaborates with the PA for personal commitments intersecting with work (e.g., travel, family events).

Why This Role Is Unique

Rare proximity to strategy and decision-making at the highest level, with real autonomy and trust in a fast-growing, pre-IPO company.
