Job summary

Job description

REMOTE TIER 1 CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Must have previous technical help desk experience or recent technical certification to be considered.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST

Location: 100% remote - equipment provided

Start Date: July 7th

End Date: October 3rd

Description
  1. Handle inbound calls supporting families with login issues and provide customer support to resolve various issues.
  2. Manage approximately 30-50 inbound calls daily.
  3. Respond to high volume inquiries about the company's products or services, including complaints, remote access, login problems, website issues, and platform navigation.
  4. Assist families, students, and occasionally teachers via inbound calls, LiveChat, and emails troubleshooting platform and login issues.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience with hardware troubleshooting, primarily HP laptops, including performance issues, microphone/camera settings, and peripherals (mouse, keyboard, monitors).
  • Experience with Active Directory, including password resets.
  • Remote work experience, with a quiet workspace and high-speed internet.
Pay and Benefits

The pay rate is $17.00 per hour.
