Job summary

Capgemini UK is seeking an experienced E2E Service Architect to design, govern and optimize end-to-end service architecture for a large-scale, satellite-based cellular broadband network. The role shapes the operating model across NOC, SOC, Service Desk and OSS, guiding multi-vendor integration and rich governance.

You will lead architectural decisions, tooling/automation strategy, and stakeholder management, leveraging ServiceNow, TMF Open APIs, AIOps concepts, and GDPR/NIS2 awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in E2E service architecture, network assurance, or telecom operations at a strategic or architect level.
• Design and implement OSS/BSS solutions for complex telecom environments (NOC, SOC, Service Desk).
• Experience with ServiceNow Telecoms Service Management and Operations Management modules.
• Understanding of satellite and NTN operations.
• Familiarity with TMF Open APIs, RESTful APIs, and data integration.
• Knowledge of EU sovereignty requirements (GDPR, NIS2) and multi-vendor SIAM.
