Job summary

Hyperoptic Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect for ServiceNow to own the platform architecture, governance and roadmap and align with enterprise strategy. You will define the target architecture for CMDB/CSDM, ITSM, CSM, FSM and ITOM and drive integration, data governance and intelligent automation.

You will lead architecture governance across delivery teams, partner with operations, customer experience and vendor partners, and ensure scalable, well-governed service

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CIS/CTA) are desirable.
• Significant enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow platform architecture, governance and roadmap.
• Define target architecture across CMDB/CSDM, ITSM, CSM, FSM and ITOM.
• Enforce configuration-over-customisation principles and upgrade governance.
• Lead adoption of AI/automation capabilities (Now Assist, GenAI, Predictive Intelligence).
• Present designs to ARB/DRB and guide delivery through lifecycle.
• Engage with stakeholders across operations, CX, field ops and networks.
