Job summary

Employment International is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the technical strategy and governance for a major telecoms digital transformation. You will shape the architecture across BSS/OSS, drive standards, and govern multi-vendor delivery in a hybrid London-based programme.

The role requires 10+ years in telecoms architecture, TOGAF and TM Forum familiarity, and strong stakeholder management. Travel and onsite work are expected, with a focus on delivering scalable, secure systems.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise architecture roles, with telecoms focus.
Proven leadership in large-scale BSS/OSS transformation programmes.
Strong governance, TOGAF and agile/hybrid delivery.
Experience across multi-vendor environments and cross-functional inputs.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the enterprise architecture vision aligned to programme objectives.
Act as technical authority, shaping roadmap and governance across the programme.
Lead design of scalable BSS/OSS solutions and integrate with legacy systems.
Engage with executives, vendors and delivery teams to drive architectural consensus.
