Job summary

Our Client in the UK seeks an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect on a contract basis to lead architecture design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions for telecoms clients. The role requires hands-on expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of leading technical projects across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing ServiceNow architectures for large-scale telecoms environments.
• Proven track record in hands-on delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong integration, scripting, and custom app development skills on ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable ServiceNow architectures aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, integration strategies, and custom development within the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure technical quality and standards are maintained throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support and mentor junior team members and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Document architectural designs and technical specifications for use across projects.
• Participate in client meetings, presenting technical solutions and progress updates effectively.
• Proven track record as a ServiceNow Architect or similar senior technical role, with extensive hands‑on experience in designing ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong understanding of Telecoms modules including TSM TSOM within ServiceNow.
• Experience with integrations, scripting, and custom application development on the ServiceNow platform.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrable experience leading technical projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Certification in ServiceNow System Administration or Certified Application Developer.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools.
• Previous experience working within Agile environments.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
