Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an E2E Service Architect to design and govern the end-to-end service architecture for a large-scale, multi-national satellite-based cellular broadband network. You will shape operating model components (NOC, SOC, Service Desk, OSS) and drive multi-vendor integration while ensuring security and sovereignty requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in E2E service architecture, network assurance, or telecom operations at a strategic/E2E Architect level.
• Expertise in OSS/BSS design for telecom environments (NOC, SOC, Service Desk).
• Proven ServiceNow implementation experience, especially Telecoms Service Management and Operations Management modules.
• Understanding of satellite and non-terrestrial network operations.
• Experience with AIOps concepts (anomaly detection, event correlation, RCA) and OSS integration using TMF Open APIs and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with EU sovereignty requirements (GDPR, NIS2) and multi-vendor SIAM environments.
• Experience with telecom topology/service dependency modeling, graph databases, and data aggregation/cleansing.
