Job summary

VodafoneThree is seeking an E2E Network Solution Architect to lead end-to-end technical solutions across major network initiatives. Hybrid work in the UK, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and delivering robust, scalable designs that meet business requirements.

The role requires experience in telecoms/large-scale tech environments, stakeholder management, and a solid grasp of network and IT architecture, security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end solution architecture within telecoms or large-scale technology environments.
• Influencing stakeholders to balance requirements with optimised E2E solutions.
• Strong understanding of network and IT architecture principles, frameworks and governance.
• Familiarity with regulatory, security and operational compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Technically lead End to End projects from initial scoping and align with business/tech strategy.
• Lead End to End pre-projects work (bids, consultancy) and ensure alignment with Networks and IT.
• Obtain XAB approval at Gate 1 for requirements and solution architecture with IT and Network design experts.
• Produce and maintain End to End artefacts including TRS and HLSDs.
• Ensure solutions are technically feasible, commercially viable, and operationally ready.
• Drive continuous improvement in solution design processes and artefacts.
