E-Learning Content Designer - Global Tech

• Salary: £40k - £43k pa
• Location: UK Remote
• Contract: 11 months

We're seeking an experienced E-Learning Content Designer to partner with process experts and operational teams to create clear, engaging, and effective training materials that support key workflows within Payments Compliance.

No banking or payments background needed - we're looking for someone with strong instructional design capability and solid experience creating digital learning content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality e-learning content, including process walkthroughs, task simulations, and role-specific training.>
• Work closely with subject matter experts to understand operational processes and translate them into clear, learner-friendly content.
• Review feedback from learners and stakeholders, implementing improvements and maintaining content accuracy.
• Manage timelines and communication for content updates, training launches, and project deliverables.
• Support additional learning projects as assigned.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years' experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
• Hands-on experience using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate, or similar.
• Experience creating task-based simulations (Assima Train experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
• Excellent written communication skills for clear instructional content, system steps, and process explanations.
• Strong organisation and project management skills with the ability to work independently.
