Epwin Group is seeking a proactive Customer Advisor to support its growing e-commerce business and nationwide branch network. The role focuses on processing online orders, ensuring on-time fulfilment, and providing telephone support while upselling where possible.

You’ll use CRM systems and Microsoft Excel daily, manage quotes, and help resolve issues to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support or customer advisor roles.
• Strong communication and telephone manners.

Responsibilities

• Process e-commerce orders accurately and manage stock checks.
• Coordinate with branches to confirm stock and delivery commitments.
• Provide telephone support and handle customer enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.
• Record all interactions in the CRM and maintain accurate records.
