Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is hiring a Customer Service Executive / E-Commerce Assistant for its Bidford-on-Avon office. You will process online orders, track shipments and manage data in Excel while delivering excellent phone and email support to customers.

Full training is provided, with opportunities to grow as the company expands its online presence through platforms like eBay and Shopify. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in e-commerce and customer service with a supportive team

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Interest or experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to our E-Commerce Team Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering a first-class online shopping experience, managing orders, and solving problems.

• Process online orders and input them accurately into internal systems.
• Track orders from entry through dispatch and courier pick-up, resolving any issues.
• Maintain and update large data sets using Excel.
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Administer documents such as invoices and certificates of analysis.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

As our Customer Service Representative / E-Commerce Assistant, you'll have strong communication and multitasking skills, coupled with a high attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Any experience within Customer Service or Customer-facing positions would be advantageous.

• Have a personal interest or professional experience in e-commerce - whether that's Vinted, Shopify, eBay or any other relevant platforms.
• Be comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
