Forrest Recruitment Ltd on behalf of a global manufacturing client seeks a Customer Service Advisor to own the order process from quote to delivery in an open-plan UK office. You will handle inquiries via email and Teams, use SAP to process orders, and coordinate with Logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.

There is a strong focus on upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or order handling in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with SAP and order management from quotation to delivery.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer enquiries via email and Teams.
• Prepare quotations and send product samples.
• Process sales orders using SAP and a bespoke system.
• Manage customer communications throughout the order process.
• Check stock levels, order stock and manage lead times.
• Work with Logistics to track deliveries and keep order dates.
• Handle complaints and returns through to resolution.
• Investigate courier delivery issues and log in Excel.
• Own a set customer base and be the first point of contact.
• Maximise upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase sales.
• Uphold customer service standards and ensure callbacks.
