Job summary

PuraVero Home Filtration in the UK is seeking a hands-on Head of E-commerce to own the online store, set the creative direction, manage ad accounts and optimize growth. You will lead performance and creative strategy, driving revenue and margins across the UK while preparing for international expansion.

You will work directly with the founder and freelance creators, editors and our web developer. The role is remote or hybrid within the UK, with in-person team days in London every fortnight.

Qualifications

• 4+ years scaling a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand, in-house or agency.
• Proven profitability with paid social for a high-ticket purchase.
• Hands-on with WooCommerce or Shopify, GA4, and email/SMS automation.
• You own numbers and drive commercial decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run and scale Meta and Google campaigns yourself, targeting contribution margins.
• Set the creative strategy and testing roadmap; brief creators and designers.
• Own store conversion: product pages, landing pages, checkout and payments.
• Build email and SMS flows to convert first purchases into repeat orders.
• Help test demand in new markets beyond the UK when ready.
• Own tracking, attribution and a weekly scorecard.
