The client is hiring a commercially minded Head of eCommerce for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This senior leadership role focuses on accelerating the DTC business through online strategy, trading performance, and customer experience, with fully remote work and travel to Derbyshire once a month.

You will own the end-to-end eCommerce strategy, P&L, forecasting, and digital trading calendar, while driving CRM, retention and CRO.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading eCommerce or D2C in a consumer-facing business.
• Strong ownership of online P&L and revenue targets.
• Proven ability to drive digital trading and online growth.
