Job summary

Pulsio is seeking a Senior Head of E-commerce to lead UK & European online performance on a hybrid basis (4 days in office, 1 day WFH). You’ll own marketing performance, CRO, and customer experience, collaborating with Design and external agencies to drive revenue, profitability and growth.

The role requires senior commercial acumen, proven online revenue improvements and a data-driven approach to customer journeys. Competitive salary with a bonus up to 30% and a total package up to £104,000.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior e-commerce role within a DTC or consumer brand.
• Strong experience working with Shopify Plus.
• Proven track record of improving online revenue and conversion rate.
• Strong understanding of CRO, experimentation and customer journeys.
• Good understanding of paid media economics, including ROAS, CAC and MER.
• Experience managing external paid media, CRO, email and development partners.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgement.
• Experience collaborating with internal Design/Brand teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of Pulsio’s UK and European e-commerce stores.
• Drive improvements across revenue, conversion rate, AOV and revenue per session.
• Own the CRO and experimentation roadmap across landing pages and checkout.
• Identify friction and prioritise improvements based on commercial impact.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Build and manage an e-commerce roadmap for profitable growth.
• Work with Design and Brand to align e-commerce with brand objectives.
