The Channel Recruiter Ltd. is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to shape the next chapter by integrating brand, product and performance marketing with deep customer insights.

This remote role may involve occasional travel and close collaboration with the MD and cross-functional teams. You will set strategy, challenge established approaches and uncover new opportunities to attract, convert and retain customers, while developing a high-performing marketing team and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leadership experience in ecommerce, marketplace or similar B2B2C context.
• Proven track record across brand and product marketing delivering commercial results.
• Experience defining global or multi-market strategies with measurable growth.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, CRM, content and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience budgeting and managing agencies with clear commercial priorities.
• Experience growing and developing marketing teams with high standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for briefs and client conversations.
• Collaborative approach with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Commercial judgement and readiness to challenge established approaches.
• CIM Level 6 or equivalent qualification (completed or in progress).

Responsabilités

• Set a customer-focused marketing strategy that drives ecommerce growth.
• Shape a distinctive brand position and grow visibility through PR and storytelling.
• Turn customer insight into compelling product propositions and messaging.
• Partner with CRO to improve acquisition, conversion and retention via data and testing.
• Develop and coach the marketing team to build capability and confidence.
• Own delivery of plans, budgets, agencies and campaigns for results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Category, Pricing, Analytics and Tech to align goals.
• Deliver marketing that supports client success across marketplaces and webstores.
