A leading company in the UK is seeking an experienced CRM Architect to drive the design and implementation of a company-wide CRM solution using MS Dynamics. The role combines hands-on technical work with high-level design responsibilities. The role
The CRM is currently used in pockets across the business and is functioning well. The goal now is to achieve business-wide adoption.
The business is receptive, seeing the benefits already realized.
The Architect needs to understand the business requirements and design suitable solutions and features for successful adoption and maximum benefit from the CRM.
This role involves technical hands-on work and high-level design, making it challenging but highly rewarding if executed well.
You will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of the overall solution.
You will have the support of a team of D365 developers and systems support analysts.
You will not manage the team but will have task management responsibilities and access to a talented, willing team of developers.
We need
An experienced CRM architect familiar with MS Dynamics, particularly F&O and CE.
Someone confident in handling stakeholders.
You need to be based in the UK and willing to travel occasionally (about once a quarter).
Relevant qualifications and education are preferred but not essential.
