The role
The CRM is currently used in pockets across the business and is functioning well. The goal now is to achieve company-wide adoption.

The Architect
Needs to understand the business requirements and design suitable solutions and features for successful adoption and maximum benefit from the CRM.
This involves technical hands-on work and high-level design, making it a challenging but highly rewarding role if executed well.
You will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of the overall solution.
You will have the support of a team of D365 developers and systems support analysts.
There are ample resources; you will not manage the team but will have task management responsibilities and access to a talented, willing team of developers.
We need
An experienced CRM architect familiar with MS Dynamics, particularly F&O and CE.
Someone confident in handling stakeholders.
You need to be based in the UK and willing to travel occasionally (roughly once a quarter).
Relevant qualifications and education are preferred but not essential.
