A leading company in the UK is seeking an experienced CRM Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of its CRM solutions. This role requires familiarity with MS Dynamics, high-level design skills, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. You will be supported by a strong team of developers as you lead efforts to enhance customer experience through improved CRM adoption. Flexibility to travel quarterly is expected.

Rapidly adopting and scaling the CRM is a key business strategy, and the Architect leads on all technical design and decision-making.
The CRM is currently used in pockets of the business and is working well. The goal now is to achieve company-wide adoption.
The business is eager to do so, recognizing the benefits already realized.
Needs to understand the business requirements and design appropriate solutions and features for successful adoption and maximum benefit from the CRM.
This role involves technical hands-on work and high-level design, making it quite demanding but highly rewarding if executed well.
You will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of the overall solution.
You will have the support of a team of D365 developers and systems support analysts.
Resources are ample; you will not manage the team but will have task management responsibilities and access to a talented, willing team of developers.
An experienced CRM architect familiar with MS Dynamics, particularly F&O and CE.
Someone confident in handling stakeholders.
You need to be based in the UK and willing to travel occasionally (about once a quarter).
Relevant qualifications and education are preferred but not essential.
