The role
The CRM is currently used in pockets across the business and is performing well. The goal now is to achieve organization-wide adoption.

The Architect
Needs to understand the business requirements and design appropriate solutions and features for successful adoption and maximum benefit from the CRM.
This role involves technical hands-on work and high-level design, making it challenging but highly rewarding if executed well.
You will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of the overall solution.
You will have the support of a team of D365 developers and systems support analysts.
While you will not manage the team, you will have task management responsibilities and access to a talented, willing team of developers.
We need
An experienced CRM architect familiar with MS Dynamics, particularly F&O and CE.
Someone confident in handling stakeholder relationships.
You need to be based in the UK and willing to travel occasionally (about once a quarter).
Relevant qualifications and education are preferred but not essential.
