A technology services provider is seeking a support specialist for Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC products. The successful candidate will respond to customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure service standards are met. Qualifications

• Good experience working on Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC is essential.
• Experience of Spindle, Jet Reports, Continia Document Capture is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve NAV/BC support queries via telephone, email and remote access.
• Call management and prioritization to meet SLAs.
• Analyze problems and data investigations.
