Lookers Crewe BMW is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team. You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranty cover, upsell parts, and coordinate with the Aftersales department to manage appointments and workloads.

You will handle a high volume of customers daily, maintain clear communication about turnaround times, and keep accurate customer records. The role offers regular training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or similar environment.
• excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advise customers on warranty cover and upsell parts/accessories.
• Liaise with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload and calls.
• Handle a high volume of customers daily and respond to phone and online queries.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and maintain clear communication during service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update systems for bookings.
