Lookers Crewe BMW is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. You will support the Service Manager and help deliver a first-class customer experience, handling bookings, inquiries, and effective communication throughout the repair journey.

You will join a busy BMW aftersales environment with ongoing brand development and training opportunities to enhance your automotive knowledge and career prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and rapport-building.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and repairs for customers.
• Advise on warranty cover and upsell parts.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule work.
• Handle high daily customer load via phone and online.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records in systems.
