Job summary

Lookers Limited is recruiting a Service Advisor to join our on-site Aftersales Team in Gateshead. You will book MOTs and services, upsell parts, and maintain customer communication with a focus on first-class service.

You will report to the Aftersales Manager and have training opportunities within an established dealer group. We require excellent verbal skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience in automotive aftersales.

Qualifications

• Experienced service advisor with strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and rapport-building abilities.
• Ability to upsell parts and accessories.
• Experience with Kerridge or ADP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and repairs for customers.
• Advise customers on warranty cover and upsell parts/accessories.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Handle high daily customer and phone booking inquiries.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and maintain records.
