Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited, Brighton Mercedes-Benz, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site. You will handle bookings for MOTs and services, advise on warranty coverage, and upsell parts to benefit customers, all while maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the service process.

You will be part of a busy dealership, reporting to the Aftersales Manager, with opportunities for training and progression within the Lookers group.

Qualifications

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories.
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments.
• Managing high-volume customer interactions by phone and online.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and workshop updates.

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication and customer service to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and deliver a first-class experience.
• Experience with Kerridge/ADP is advantageous.
