Job summary

Compco Fire Systems Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Scheduler to plan and coordinate engineer workloads across a regional patch. You will build efficient routes, keep the internal scheduler app up to date and ensure visits are fully equipped with risk assessments, permits and materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration role.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule engineer diaries and routes for maximum efficiency and minimum drive time.
• Log and maintain accurate job records across our internal database and scheduler app.
• Check, verify and process completed works ready for invoicing.
• Raise subcontractor purchase orders for work carried out.
• Schedule all service/maintenance visits.
• Prepare materials, risk statements, insurance documents and work permits ahead of every visit.
• Keep in close, constant contact with engineers to ensure on-site, on-time, and fully equipped.
• Reconcile paperwork and timesheets.
• Source and present data reports.
